Ah, the power of social media! I too, saw a post about you which brought me to your blog. It will take me a while to catch up but so far, enjoying all I’ve read and viewed. Your photos perfectly capture the places. I’m looking forward to crossing Canada through your lens and pen. always remember, tomorrow is a new day and a chance for a new start. Winter in Canada is harsh. Good luck in your travels, and stay safe.

Tony - I just started following you today thanks to a friend in Truro who sent me link to your page. I now know that I saw you as you walked from New Glasgow through Trenton, but unfortunately didn't know who you are and what you are doing at the time. I read your latest entry on 4 Feb, which is going to be a miserable day of weather for all Maritimes - rain, freezing rain, ice pellets, snow... I hope you are holed up somewhere warm and dry. The last few weeks of weather here would challenge anyone, but someone walking and camping - it would try to break the strongest! I have been hiking and camping …

I just got wind of your adventure on social media by my friends in Nova Scotia and was so taken by your journey! What an amazing adventure you are on. When you come into New Brunswick we're welcoming you here and if you happy to be walking through on the Fundy Footpath / Southern New Brunswick area, we'd be happy to host you for a hot meal and count ourselves lucky to meet you. Wishing all the best for you on your travels. - A
