Delays

As with so many aspects of life during this global pandemic, my travel plans have been altered as I prepare to embark on my adventure in a just a few days. Newfoundland has introduced a five day quarantine for Canadian travelers from other provinces, of which I'll be one. I'll arrive in St. John's early morning the 31st of December and had intended to begin my walk January 1st. Unfortunately, my walk won't begin now until the 4th or 5th at the earliest. The delay is frustrating but minor in the grand scheme of things.

One thing we have all learned from dealing with COVID these last couple of years, is how to be adaptable. So, I'll adapt, roll with it, and begin just a few days later.
